The suitcase is very beautiful but when I received it I saw that it did not have mobile support as in the photos of the ad. I actually thought I didn't have. There was a piece apparently that could be but could not be opened in any way. The seller was kind and gave many instructions including a video. By forcing the piece a bit I was able to open it and effectively there it was. Thank you very much for everything. My daughter is very happy
